Målbeskrivelse
On successful completion of the course, the student is able to:
KNOWLEDGE
- account for the distinction of different conceptions of critique and the role critique plays in social science.
- relate these conceptions to different ways of conducting critique in different research fields
SKILLS
- compare and critically discuss these ways.
- criticize social problems or injustices
- apply this skill in investigations of the social world.
COMPETENCES
- plan and perform research and investigations of different aspects of the social world in which critique plays a crucial role.
- choose and apply forms of social criticism in a scientific correct way in
Undervisningsform
Lectures, discussions, presentation and discussions of essay ideas, group work in a concluding workshop
