Course content
The course will cover a vocabulary of approximately 300 words and phrases relating to general legal areas as well as instruction on various aspects of common law reasoning and the Anglo-American legal systems. On request vocabulary relating to particular legal fields of interest to the participants may also be dealt with.
During the course the participants will be expected to partake in written as well as oral exercises in the form of discussions, presentations and shorter papers.
There will be no examination and the course is, thus,
non-credit-giving.
Students who have participated eight out of ten lessons will be
accredited on their transcripts with having attended the
course.
Bachelor Students and Master Level
